(1114)ASEAN+3 정상회의 모두발언 훈센 총리님, 각국 정상 여러분, ASEAN+3 정상회의에 참석한 것을 매우 기쁘게 생각합니다. 이번 회의를 준비해주신 훈센 총리님의 환대에 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 올해로 ASEAN+3가 출범한 지 25주년이 됩니다. 25년 전 아시아 금융위기를 극복하고 아세안과 동북아 국가 간 실질 협력을 강화하는 데 있어 ASEAN+3의 역할이 매우 컸습니다. 앞으로도 복합의 위기를 극복하기 위해 협력을 보다 더 강화해 나가기를 기대합니다. 국제사회는 지금 여러 도전에 직면해 있습니다. 세계 곳곳에서 전쟁과 인권유린이 멈추지 않고, 기후 변화가 초래하는 식량안보와 에너지 안보의 위기는 전쟁의 장기화로 인해 더욱 악화되고 있습니다. 저는 이러한 복합의 위기를 우리들의 연대와..
