한-루마니아 정상회담 모두 발언(0423) 요하니스 대통령님의 방한을 환영합니다. 2008년 이후 16년 만에 이루어진 루마니아 대통령의 양자 방문을 매우 뜻깊게 생각합니다. 한국은 냉전 종식기인 1990년 루마니아와 뒤늦게 수교했지만 아시아 국가 가운데서는 최초로 루마니아와 전략적 동반자 관계를 맺고, 호혜적 협력 관계를 발전시켜 왔습니다. 특히 지난해 전략적 동반자 관계 15주년을 전후해서 고위급 교류가 활발하게 이루어지고 있습니다. 최근에는 방산, 원전, 인프라 등으로 양국의 협력이 확대되고 있습니다. 한국-루마니아 전략적 동반자 관계 강화에 관한 공동성명 채택을 뜻깊게 생각하며, 금년 방한을 계기로 현재 진행 중인 방산, 원전 관련 협의들이 좋은 결실을 맺기를 희망합니다. 오늘 정상회담에서 양국 ..
